The Matter of the North
Falmaristan is a region of the South and a Talbasarean possession. The Talbasarean province is approximately 31,000 square miles. The three principal cities are Lemusa, Petaman, and Bandubad. It is one of the earliest seats of civilization in the known world; several cities and towns have been continuously inhabited for at least 3000 years, and the countryside is littered with tells. Much of Falmaristan is arid, and the province includes a large portion of the Falmarian Desert, home to numerous jinn. Falmaristan is also the original home of the religion of Devaris, a monotheistic cult, which uses the Falmari tongue as its liturgical language.
